This weeks edition of Spot the Steal comes in the form of an outfit. Both the embellished collar and the vibrant color of burgundy have hit the runways of Fashion Week all over the world. A good sign that both trends are here to stay for the Fall and Winter Seasons upon us. Loving both casual chic ensembles, one makes me cry in happiness while the other in pain.
